Cool is a vague word. I think that things categorized as cool change a lot. If a trend is popular than it is cool. Trends change so fast that it is hard to keep track of them. One day something is cool and the next day it isn't.

I agree with you. The world changes so quickly that we do not have time to understand those changes and there are different fashions around the world too.
